My name is Paula Jones and I have over 20 years experience in supporting businesses and indivuals with their business administration. My career begain in Sales Admin Support where I began to develop a love of support and organising. Following redundancy I was recruited to work with a company to open a secondary depot and offices in Manchester, together with one of the company directors I was responsible for the day to day functioning and operation of the depot, quickly growing to a team of 5 we managed a number of large projects over a 6 year timeframe. After this I was offered an opportunity to apply for a PA position that would see my skills further grow. I became a PA to Board level, supported the business with their HR functionality and recruitment processes, office and stock procurement.

I have always wanted to grow personally and professionally, so leaving the security of paid employment to launch my own business was a challenge - 15 years ago I became self employed, around launching my business I qualified in early years and development. In 2020 I launched VPS (Virtual Perfect Solutions) my years of experience as a PA and business support together with my Early Years background has meant I have been able to offer niche support to a number of clients in the childrens activity provider sector, the dance world and franchise networks. Virtual Perfect Solutions is going through its own period of development and growth and I have seen my client base grow to a level that even now I need support.
